If below, in blue text, I have included the correct affirmation, and I allege A Conspiracy To Violate Civil Rights, Obstruct Justice And Harass while seeking assistance from the 4 representatives from Hawaii and am ignored, repeatedly over time, you see this as not being an allegation of a violation of any law, rule, regulation, or other standard of conduct applicable to Members, officers, or staff of the United States House of Representatives?

Please be as indepth as you can, as I would like to publish the response, if it is alright with you.

So help me God."

Dear Mr. Balmer:

Thank you for your email to the Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE) dated March 8, 2010.  The OCE is an independent, non-partisan entity charged with reviewing allegations of misconduct against Members, officers, or staff of the United States House of Representatives.  Based on a review of your email, the OCE has determined that it does not allege a violation of any law, rule, regulation, or other standard of conduct applicable to Members, officers, or staff of the United States House of Representatives.  For that reason, the OCE does not have authority or jurisdiction to take any action in the matter.

If you have any questions about the jurisdiction or process of the OCE, please contact us.

Sincerely,
Office of Congressional Ethics
